Before their fun and funky Magnuson Park Seattle Wedding, I met Josh and Renae at the groom’s family home in Seattle. Renae was showered with help from her mother, maid of honor, and a few more. There were photographs scattered all over the bed. The walls were covered in portraits of other family weddings in their tribe. Her hair and makeup artist was the same woman who’d been doing her hair for decades, whom she flew in from California. Josh surprised Renae with a journal, in which he had been writing to her for over a year. It was a touching moment, and set the tone for the entire day. I loved the unique location of their wedding, the beautiful gardens where the first look took place, and the adventures we took throughout the park before the ceremony!
