I have recently moved from my beloved home town of Seattle, to a rural part of Nevada. Talk about culture shock and climate shock!  Over 30 years of living in and loving the northwest (the rain and trees especially) I am now in the dustiest, driest place I could imagine. It is a challenge to leave everything you know and love, but I have a sense of adventure with this move and while driving through the desert I’m always on the lookout for cool portrait spots, etc.
