This amazing young lady is Hanna. Her big gorgeous smile and kind eyes made me adore her instantly. Hanna is reserved, and the sweetest most genuine young woman. She is beautiful, and insightful, with a super relaxed attitude. A Magnolia native, we decided that Discovery Park senior portraits were the perfect setting.

Hanna grew up visiting this park, and spends time here with friends. In fact, she acted as tour guide at moments when I was leading Hanna and her mom on detours – she set me on the right track. Hanna is a competitive swimmer, a swim coach, and has her eyes set on great things. She will have her choice of Universities, and I can’t wait to hear which one she picks.

Thanks to Hanna and her lovely mom, I learned of some amazing hikes that I have neglected to check out, despite my native roots here. I had so much fun walking through this gorgeous park with the two of them, talking like old friends and laughing as we scouted out the setting sun from different spots along the trails.

Hanna was such a joy to photograph! My only regret – is not getting some amazing shots of her swimming… she is built thin and strong, and I imagine her to be equal parts fierce and graceful in the water! Hanna – let’s do it!!?
