There is nothing ordinary about these two. How they were raised, how they met, and how they are planning to spend their first year of marriage. This extraordinary couple just departed (days after their wedding) for a year long road trip around the U.S. in their 1967 Volkswagen bus.  Kendra and Noah’s Seattle winter wedding was held at Noah’s father’s home near Greenlake, a three story charming house with balconies overlooking the lake on every floor.

The usual blog post seems weird to write about this wedding, since it was a family affair. I think its better to just say:

Kendra is amazing. She lights up any room she walks into, she’s an old soul. Her smile is contagious, and she is pure goodness.

Noah is so loveable and unique that you can’t help but want him around. He is a brilliant writer and genuine soul.

Their wedding was done with the love of family- I was the photographer, Kendra’s dad the caterer, my husband the officiant, my mom the florist, and the maid of honor’s mom made the cakes. There were so many other family and friends involved, it really was a celebration of two families.  (Hair done by the fabulous Hannah Lux, and makeup by Emma Stirling).

Kendra’s dress was perfect. She looked like a winter goddess.

Noah couldn’t have done better, with his deep red velvet jacket, it was classic.

Watching him get ready with his dad, was a treat. They’re like twins, one with more experience, and one with grand adventure ahead.

I could go on and on, but I won’t… other than to say that these two did a perfect job putting their wedding together.

Love you both! I wish you a lifetime of love and partnership, you two were made for one another!
